With the standard lens, battery and card in place, the Canon EOS 200D Mark II weighed just 663 grams. It's really light in the hand. My Panasonic GH4 – with the smaller Micro Four-Thirds sensor – is only about 800 grams by comparison. It didn't feel any less durable for that. The bump on the right hand seemed to be just the right depth for my fingers, while a molded channel on the back guided my thumb between several buttons so I didn't accidentally press them. Under the panel on the right side is a Micro-B USB socket and an HDMI output. The panel on the left side hides the jack for the wired remote control and the 3.5mm microphone input. The SDXC card slot is in the battery compartment.
